Our resident manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property, such as a rental apartment, condominium, or multi-family unit. Their responsibilities include:
Property maintenance: Overseeing maintenance and repairs, including landscaping, cleaning, and emergency repairs
Budgeting: Preparing and managing the property budget, and ensuring that related expenses are within budget
Customer service: Serving as the primary point of contact for residents' concerns and complaints, and helping new tenants move in
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of property activities and incidents, and preparing reports on property performance
Events: Organizing and facilitating community events for residents
Leases: Overseeing lease agreements and renewals, and ensuring new residents understand the terms of their lease
